I should probably be asking this on the JP board, but I don't speak Japanese well enough to ask.
Being a exchange student in Tokyo at the moment, I've been told at least twice now of scheduled blackouts, lasting 3 and a half hours.
But they haven't happened, which is odd, considering the electric situation people are facing. Regardless, I did what I felt was right and turned off all my shit when the blackout was scheduled, although I doubt it did much.
I get the feeling the sooner they start, the sooner they'll get the power back under control, which is not only good for people who want to play the game, but, you know, Japan en masse at the moment.
This topic is to ask other English speaking Japan residents: Feel those blackouts yet?
