Xbox update failed POL - 1164 error

Can anyone possibly tell me what is wrong? i have just installed FFXI on my xbox and i have tryed many times to do the updates. It gets passed the checking files stage and durring the downloadiing files it sometimes starts and mid way through or at the begining it gives me update failed.

The last thing it said was "Update failed
POL - 1164 error
a error occured with the HDD data. Please check instal status.

does any of that mean any thing? i have even unintsalled and reinstalled twice.

wow thank you SE, nice tof you to have a tech support thread w/o any support. You all suck SE! Quite screwing up the game and focus on something important...like the players that are paying for your services...

On a side note i fixed it my self finaly. For anyone in the future that has the 1164 issue its a hard ware problem. I had a currupted cluster on my HDD. Swaped my old one out for a new 1 i had bought for my kids and problem solved. Now my kids wont be able to play ffxi, not that they ever did or would so no biggie.

Im having the same problem after the SOE install. Are you saying im gonna have to lose all my macros and such to fix this?
