Why? How is logging in hard?

How is emailing/tweeting a second officer to log in and change the LSMES hard?

Also, I'm not sure how or why they'd have built this feature into the game. You're asking for the ability to force data changes in the game from an internet client without the game software being in operation.

This would create serious security issues (not due to the LS community being used per se), but because any external internet based software might be able to use a backdoor to make similar or other dangerous changes.

I highly recommend we don't play with game security.

Would be nice if /lsmes had multiple lines to it (/lsmes [line #] "Message") like you can do with /seacom so we can cram more info in there.
