Puppet's Roll Level Change

Ok so, with the last update the level at which you can learn Drachen and Puppet's Roll has been swapped (52 and 23 respectively, to 23 and 52). I logged on my character whose Corsair is lv26 and had learned Puppet's Roll in the past, only to not find it in its abilities list (not even in gray, it's just gone). Will I find it back once my corsair hits lv52? Or is it gone forever, and will force me to buy it again?

You'll likely still have it when you get to level 53... Though with square you can't tell these days.

You don't lose it. You can level every job to 99, get all spells and abilities unlocked, then delevel them all to 3, and back up to 99, and you will still have every spell and ability you ever unlocked.

You might actually luck out, if the prices for the rolls were also swapped, since you would have bought both the old 23 and the new 23 for the price level of the 23, whereas anyone who did NOT buy Puppet's Roll would have to pay twice for the 52, just to get the same effect back.
