Orthrus drops...

seems orthrus is only dropping 2 stones now, not 3 and cerberus claws are now instead dropping scorpion claws, bug?

Also, can please state whether or not any other mobs were in the same area when you killed Orthrus? Steps: setup was nin war blu whm blm
1. proced red weakness
2. proced yellow weakness
3. had whm brew to kill with earth crusher
4. fought NM in Dhamel area (not near scorpions), one Dhamel got killed in the AoE from earth crusher
5. once dead dropped 2x ardor stone, 1 jewel, GK, Mantle, Orthrus claw, Scorpion claw

i think the 2 stone drops has been happening for a while (taken from ffxiclopedia):

"I fought Orthrus about 15 times today and we proc'd yellow every single time, yet each time it only dropped 2 Stones of Ardor. I remember getting 3 before the update though. Was it changed or does Orthrus just not want to give us the damn 3rd Ardor Stone? --ValeforDezdemona 13:20, November 1, 2011 (UTC)"

"Did again last night, as I'm spamming this NM for stones for blu +2, its becoming apparent people are really wanting to brew this for backpiece when i ask for help, again another easy brew kill, brought a BLM along to proc yellow while fighting, got yellow again, another 2 stone drop :(, I want a 3 stone drop damnit, easy win. 4/9 on stones. --Kwate"

Anyway i'm pretty sure Scorpion claw isnt meant to drop from this NM and i remember getting 3 stones with a yellow proc before when i was working on my BLU+2 body in the past.
