Not being cured

Hi
Since coming back on pup today I have noticed that my auto cannot cure me for more than 0hp. This happens on both rdm and whm frame. It also happens when i am in abyssea and i get enhancements, they wont raise my hp to new maximum and it goes straight to yellow. Also in aby the martello's wont sure me too.
I have tried my char on both xbox and pc and no joy, any suggestions all??

Are you using an Accursed Belt?

thank you wished it said that on the item rather than -15 hp and mp, that is more important info lol
