Mob TP moves and FaithfulFalcor JA

I, and several linkshell members, have noticed when fighting Ig-Alima that around 2/3rds of his TP moves do not show up in the log. Very frustrating when expected to stun Oblivion's Mantle. This is not limited to this NM. Even a salvage boss last night certain moves would appear, then for no reason, nothing at all.

In addition, using FaithfulFalcor I am unable to use the TP moves Jettatura and Fantod. Whether accessed from the Pet Abilities menu or command line the result is the same: "...A command error occurred." This has been an issue for me since their release, only Back Heel and Choke Breath work.
