WoG Mission 12 "Affairs of the State" NPC Radford CS blacks out!

WoG Mission 12: Affairs of the State on the secondary CS with NPC "Radford"
in Bastok Markets (S) will "black out" right near end of CS but stops from completing the CS and obtaining the key item blacking out at Lil. The game has to be re-set/started at that point similar to lock up!

Ps2/Ps3
Files checked ok
Zoned re-tried still drops off near end of CS
Re-installed game still CS issues NPC Radford!

Reported it twice to tech support and feel nothings being done to fix it! Unable to get any further in WoG Missions due to this bug/issue.:(

Welcome to the club. PS2/3 freezing during WotG missions is nothing new. No actions taken or expected by SE. Only way to advance is by using a PC to do your CSs (so find a good friend and use his).
