Maze Rune 112

The item itself (before you place it into your Tattered Maze Mongers Pouch) reads: "Obscured Entrance". However, when placing it on a Tabula with Maze Voucher 06 (the only voucher compatible with that rune,) the rune then reads, "Obfuscated Entrance".

(Yes, they're synonyms, but it's inconsistent!)
