rough google translation:

Hi. Assault "command space exploration Naizuru savage island" congestion measures to inform you that with the introduction of the plan. As measures to reduce congestion by concentrating players after the introduction, in the meantime "savage island area command survey Naizuru" After exit from, providing a constant waiting until then to receive a participation certificate as Assault I think that. ※ This wait "command space exploration Naizuru savage island" only occurs if you choose to repeat the "island exploration directive Naizuru" The issuance of assault and other participants are not affected. Despite the initial latency will be around 30 minutes, change the extension of the effectiveness / save time if you no longer congested and eventually we plan to introduce themselves with a mechanism to eliminate waiting time. If you wish to play repeatedly, but it would have kept you waiting a little bit compared to the previous assault, but they understand as an interim support order to provide more people the opportunity to play even when busy You do thank you. In addition, we will continue to make anti-congestion study by other means.

Square-Enix, we must ask: are there any ways to make this event instanced for every group that decides to enter? Otherwise, groups wanting to do repeat runs would have to spend up to 2-2.5 hours specifically idling at the Alzadaal Undersea Ruins Staging Points. Yes, the demand is very high for this event, but if there is programming that can allow instancing for every single group run, please do it.

In the past there has apparently been problems with properly instancing events such as Dynamis. Currently, Nyzul Isle, Salvage and Assaults are made into three copies into each zone. While this gives the illusion that these zones are instanced, they are still restricting players from entering when full capacity of these zones have been reached. If the development team can take the time to develop a method to implement proper instancing for this event, so we don't have to deal with a 30-minute wait due to congestion, the better for us all.

If they insist on the 30 minute cooldown, I want to see the assault tag system adjusted or outright removed.

1 tag a day, 1 run a day. eh

Barance!!! Get used to it - not enough manpower on the part from developers and you can blame SE for refusing to put more money on a franchise that has been printing money - instead they are putting their resources into the flaming turd that is FFXIV part deux, stay tuned for another bonfire of the craptacular spectacular coming our way in 2013.

Camate posted a less garbled translation of this elsewhere, with one phrase that gives me hope:

I would like to announce some congestion measures to go along with the implementation of Nyzul Isle Uncharted Region.

As a way to alleviate the congestion after the implementation of this content, we will be establishing a cool down time before you are able to receive the same assault tag once you finish Nyzul Isle Uncharted Region.

※This cool down time will only apply when trying to repeat Nyzul Isle Uncharted Region and will not affect Nyzul Isle Exploration or other assaults.

Currently we are planning for a 30 minute cool down at first; however, if congestion ultimately is eliminated we are planning to implement a system where we can get rid of the cool down time.

While we understand that it may be a slight inconvenience for those of you who would like to play this content over and over, we would like to give a chance for a large number of players to enjoy this content even during busy times and we appreciate your understanding.

We will also be looking into other means for congestion countermeasures.

It sounds like the 30-minute cooldown will eventually be removed once excitement over the event being shiny and new and miserably random dies down.

30 min cool down in between run is absolutely not acceptable at all. It's just an excuse for SE to force ppl to do the other Assaults for absolutely no reason (assuming you dont already have captain rank out of the way already).

Just say 'NO'! it is not an acceptable idea at all.

They shouldn't even bother with a cool down. Just let it be laggy and lame for a few days. After that, everyone will only be able to get 1 tag a day anyways.

It would be presumptuous of the dev team to assume there's going to be any congestion over this in the first place.

This needless wait time just doubles the amount of time a group requires to get its runs done.

P.S. OP: We were already warned about google translating JP dev posts. Sometimes the accuracy of it is questionable. There's been more than one time where we've jumped to conclusions when we didn't get it quite right.

{True Strike}. Even the official translations are frequently vague enough to lead to confusion (this may be due to original posts being vague to begin with). Still though, if they left this 30 minute cool down in place for more than a week, it would probably cause more trouble than it's worth.

Get rid of, or severely reduce the outrageous Alexandrite requirement for Mythic weapons and you'll reduce the number of people who want to go in right from the start.

Seriously SE, 30k is just silly for a part of a weapon creation path when Relic weapons require almost half that for the entire quest line.
