Want to praise SE here for recognizing the mistake it has made when they nuke the 600+ response thread regarding the R/E/M 99 trial (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/19740-Ok...let-me-level-with-you-here-SE...) and has restored the thread back so the conversation and discussion can continue on.
I'm usually one of the 1st to be critical on some of SE's decision but here I felt that SE also deserve my praise for admitting to making a mistake and making things right.
Now, here's hoping for things to continue to change for the better and SE will be willing to continue to listen to the playerbase.

Very classy Dreamin. That said i guess i should give a nod to the mods here as well for reversing this decision.

Agreed. Glad they put that back up. Perhaps if they could add a mechanism that allows the mods to close a thread temporarily for clean up, without making it completely disappear would help. IE make it so that the thread cannot be opened, and displays a message explaining what is going on.
"This thread has been temporarily removed for clean up. It may be back if it can be restored to a safe level of discussion by the forum moderator."

Yeah thank goodness it's back. There really is a lot of good stuff there both factual and opinionated.
