World Transfer Service didn't transfer my character.

Hello, i'm having a bad issue with World Trasfer Service.
I've bought WTS for both my character, first character had no problem and now hes loggin on new server.
But second character keeping loggin on old server. It show on new server on SE website account managment.

Can anyone help me? Since SE got money already...

I'm very sorry to hear that you've experienced this error, as I know it can be frustrating. An in-game GM will be able to assist you with manually moving your character, should you place a /helpdesk call.
