World Transfer Service didn't transfer my character.

Hello, i'm having a bad issue with World Trasfer Service.
I've bought WTS for both my character, first character had no problem and now hes loggin on new server.
But second character keeping loggin on old server. It show on new server on SE website account managment.

Can anyone help me? Since SE got money already...

call and maybe they'll fix it for you. if you paid it should have it on record. only thing i could think of is you put the wrong world in the transfer. if you did it right call and they 'should' be able to fix it for you.
