New Computer can't access expanded game content

I just installed game on my new computer and I have all the expansions I had disks for installed. However, it won't let me use them at all even though they have been activated previously. How do I activate them so they are avalable on this system? I tried to go to Content ID, but it tells me I have to "transfer" my acount, which I've done already.

If you compare your installed components against what I have here, you'll be able to see what may be missing. You can ignore the Test Server installed component since it doesn't impact the production game. :D

Seems my Transfer finaly went through and game content became avalable suddenly ..... But, still missing CHains of promethia which was missing CD to install. Happen know if there is way to DL it off the website? I can't seem find anything other then the base game DL.
