Am I really the only one who's noticed that he stopped spawning back at the last major update?

Perhaps this is a server specific problem? I was recently killing him quite often during a cruor party on Bismarck.

Perhaps add all of your relevant information per this thread (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/69-Welcome-to-Forum-In-Game-Bugs!), and SE might be better able to get to the bottom of it for you.
