Marking your posts with [To the Devs] does not get you quicker attention or make them any less stupid.

Threads are at least getting moved to more appropriate locations.

Anyway,OP is not a new player, how does he know what new players want? When you're new is when walking around and exploring is most enjoyable. Yes, many of us get tired of it after a while but we've earned our warps and teleports by then.

Travel is so much easier nowadays, this hardly seems necessary. Wait for 'Ease of Exploration,' grab some oils and powders (which I don't know if it's just me, but seem to last infinitely longer than they used to) hop to Selbina and walk like the rest of the player-base that had to earn their wings.

Nobody walked me to jueno, nor did anyone tell me about silent oils and prism powders when I first started. I hit level 30 something, and hoofed it to jueno with rr up. Going to jueno and getting sub job items, kazham keys, these are all the trials for the new players to experience.

I agree. The walk to Jeuno is a rite of passage. This is something absolutely attainable with a little caution and patience.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that since these were only given out to a handful of people as a bonus for switching to an SE account last summer, that is probably highly unlikely. They should give these to people for switching year round, in my opinion, but hey.

Its about the journey not the destination(i like the quote even though i dont really care for the entertainer who uses it)
