You should learn from ffxiv developers methods they dont want their players to waste all their time on playing games thus the exp limit make it easier for us and dont make us waste our time you could:
Make the trial magian moogle spawn at our location when we finish one trial and get the next one for the next weapons

Let's just have everything handed to us, screw doing trials.

In fact let's just have a prompt message when creating a character to ask if we want to start with all our jobs unlocked and leveled to 99 or go old school and set everything at default.
