It could just be me but it seems like as time goes on the devs just keep getting less and less creative about new content. It all started with WotG. How can anyone consider WotG an expansion pack? It's 90% copy pasted areas with new lighting with no viable endgame anything. Unless you want to consider WoE endgame but that's just 25 random people beating on 10 mobs to get a 10% chance of receiving a hardly worthwhile reward. Then there where the add-on scenarios which lets face it was just a lot of fetch quests to get items that today are obsolete. I don't know many people that do these anymore and I can't say I blame them. What's the point?

Then you have Abyssea the biggest copy paste of them all. I mean the devs probably developed the whole thing in less than a month. Again it's the same old areas with less lighting. They weren't even creative with monster placement just large chunks of the same monsters. The only creative thing to come out of Abyssea was the procing system and I'm not saying it was good but it was somewhat inspired.

And now we have Voidwatch, which is just a smaller version of Abyssea where they took all of the crappy stuff and lumped it all together. 16-20 hour waits between fights to wait for magical stones to be created, procing system, time limits. Then to put a cherry on the cake they reintroduced crappy drop-rates but that wasn't quite enough. They thought to themselves you know what would make this better? The lowest drop rates ever! Nothing motivates me more than killing the same monster 14 times in the hopes that this time I finally get that one item I've wanted for a month.

That was a bit of a rant but how many copies of Jugner Forest and La Theine Plateau do we need?

Actually the most repeated zone in the game is Southern San D'oria. (WotG, Present, and Dynamis)
