You're either killing the wrong PH or someone ninja'd it.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you are referring to his completely random spawn chance lottery. It took me 4 hours of trying split across two days to get this trial complete. It took my friend over a week of effort with the longest spawn wait being around 4 hours.

You have to use Widescan and kill the proper placeholder, or this NM can only spawn when the servers are reset.
