adding the ultimate abysea collection to my account

and don;t tell me to go to the support section and request support, it sucks. They tell you to use chat and they don;t have chat.


Just bought the ultimate abysea package, still downloading it, needing to know how I activate it on my account, before this new system it was easy to do it via play online with the serials, now the only option i see is to SEPERATELY purchase keys for each expansion, which i won;t do since i just purchased the right to them for 9.97 from gamestop.


I have my key, where is the area to add them at.

I could have sworn to have seen the option to "register service" somewhere on the left hand side of the SE account Management page but....well i cant find it anymore. Hmm.

You would click register service and then a field would display to enter the registration key but yea i cant find it....

when i bought it off steam it had directions as to where to go but i cant find those either :(

You need to go here, if you're US click here (http://www.square-enix.com/na/account/) or EU click here (http://www.square-enix.com/eu/en/account/)

If you already reigstered with this method then go to account management if not then you need to register

after all that, log in

then look on the left hand side of the screen

click select service

Click FFXI / Playonline

Just checked, carry on using the above method

but select "add a service account" you'll be able to register the code to the existing POL account
