GoV Prowess

Curious, does the casket discovery and other prowesses work on pets/fellow npcs? I've had trouble distinguishing between chest drops from myself and my pet/npc. :confused:

Take what I say with a grain of salt, but it really appears that the prowesses are party wide. I notice I get A LOT more chests in a group that's been there a while, even just showing up and getting killshots as a new person.

I don't GoV very much though.

Also worth noting. When I leech people up it seems the chest drop rate goes up if the leeches get "Treasure Casket Discovery". When I was capped discovery, I would get like 1 every 4-5 kills, I'd say (just over one per page). As the leeches got more prowess, it seemed to go up still, as high as 50% drop rate.

Again, I don't have anything empirical.

That doesn't really answer the question, but thanks for the reply. It was an interesting read.

I wasn't able to find any info on it myself besides a topic mentioning that automaton did not receive the hp/mp prowess.

Ah, I read it as "party/npcs" not "pets/npcs", my bad.

But yeah as far as NPCs, and pets go, I don't think they get the boosts, but the fight should recieve casket discovery by proxy if my above post is at all relevant. so in a bass-akwards round about way I did answer your question lol.
