I have been playing since June 2004 & I get the most enjoyment from the game by fishing. I have been 100 fishing for several years and have worked hard to obtain all of the items that guild points offer as well as the rope and torque. I also have the fishing stall from synergy (not sure if that counts as skill +) I also have the fisherman smock from synergy that adds +1.
My point is I have all the possible + skill items and I have also used the advanced skill from the fishing npc in whitegate that takes the bronze piece. I have tried countless times to catch Gugrusaurus on both selbina and alzabi boats and am only able to reel them in about 75%.
I am very frustrated that with the skill I have this is the only fish I am unable to catch. I have heard people say that its much easier with ps2. I have also tried using a controller on my pc to no avail.
Please make whatever adjustment is necessary to make this a fair fish to catch for every system.
