The current message says that it's down until sometime in January. What about those of us who have been waiting for it to be reinstated (for a while now) so that we can pay for next months service and not have the interruption of a suspended account? My account will be down at the end of this month because of your own setbacks. Is anything being done about this for your members who are also affected?

The SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS site is a completely separate service from the SQUARE ENIX Account Management system, even though it uses the account management system. The SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS site being down do to unauthorized access will not keep you from logging into the SQUARE ENIX Account Management system itself to manage whatever services you wish to manage.
