View Full Version : Sword Merit-Weaponskill: Requiescat thoughts and suggestions
Not that there is really anything wrong with the Weaponskill itself, but was it really necessary to make it modified by MND? I just can't even find the inventory space for another set of equipment just for a Weaponskill.
Chant du Cygne, Enmity, Refresh, PDT, MDT, Shield skill, Cure Potency, MAB, Haste, and so on, so forth...hardly even have space to carry anything dropped off NMs or monsters in paticular anymore as it is.
Though I probably don't need to carry Shield skill gear anymore unless doing VoidWatch, but aside all that, was wondering if the modifier could be changed to something a little more commonly found in equipment more frequently used on a meleeing job.

Well for RDM it's easy, we got tons of MND gear that we carry already. With 100% MND WSC you pretty much want to WS in as much MND as possible while still keeping enough acc / atk to land and a sprinkle of DA when available.
For PLD and BLU it's a bit harder, BLU's have access to good MND gear they just rarely carry it with them. They both get Vorpal anyway so Req is pretty much a special case WS only for them.
Now that we know Req ignores PDT and damage shields it actually has a use now for mobs that like to screw you with resistances / shields.

Vs the +60~80 a RDM could get. Which was my point, RDM has a ton of MND on it's emp gear and other job specific gears.
