Hi Dev team/Tanaka,

I have been playing as a war main for allmost 3 years. Not 1 time did i have a complaint even when everyone told me lolwar level sam. I allways told people i just love the job its my only job that i afk in @ port jeuno. I allways farm and try to make gill to buy the very best gear i could for warrior. all these things have added up to one point in my FFXI play time. I now own an ukkon, and i feel the way it is now is perfect and i feel so strongly about this i am confused as to what to say/do to convince you guys that this "Nerf" is not what will balance out the game.

I have a very big problem with the way u guys do things. Nerfing a ws like Ukko's/VS is lol. we all know why this nerf is coming "SAMURAI ONRY YES PLZ" you guys are trying to balance the game out, well... you guys follow through with this it won't be somthing that u guys can't take back before you guys lose alot of players. I really do understand the % on crt rate when it comes to "tp".

Blood rage if changed should look like this

Blood rage: Maxes critical hit Damage for 45 seconds.

Change it so warcry and Blood rage can be used together to help with the loss in crt rate.

i understand that alot of players Dont want a change at all, i know i dont. but if there will be a adjustment make it somthing that does not remove the crt dmg from war.

Warrior is all about the crit/crt dmg. i mean why give a job a 2hr that has 100% crt rate for 30 seconds and remove the crt rate dmg buff from Blood rage, it just does not make sense. Plz Plz reconsider this "nerf" as you're player base does not want this to happen.

I doubt I would be wrong to say 99% of the FFXI community agree with this.

I would just like to bring one point up however - nerfing Blood Rage isn't just nerfing WAR... You are nerfing everyone in their party (Which is usually a MNK, SAM, DRK, DRG or similar) as Blood Rage hits everyone in the party. It's not a WAR nerf it's an every-DD nerf.

They're probably nerfing Blood Rage in an attempt to reduce the overall dominance of WAR as best DD to cluster in a zerg. Even without Ukko being the hands down best WS in the game, a cluster of WARs with good timing on Blood Rage can still bring more overall damage to the table than any other job can muster, which still ends up making WAR WAR WAR WAR the top DD configuration in the game.

This doesn't make a lot of sense really, I've been in a lot of VW fights (nothing else needs to be zerged in FFXI currently) and never had more than 2 Ukon wars in them (and there have been people with ukon that were on other jobs in the alliances too). The idea of VW is to bring as many proc jobs as you can not zerg it with 10 wars and get no drops (get none anyway but still). Also, as shown with the limit break fight this is not always the case. Taking war over a mnk to that fight was far away from the best idea...hence mnkx4/smn/whm being the best combo. Guess they need to nerf mnk now cause it was one of the best jobs at that one event?

They nerfed it due to the atmacites and cor rolls that allows any job to WS every 2-3 hits, war just had the most powerful WS. They should of nerfed the atmacite instead.

I'm sorry but even in Voidwatch it's easy to have damned near all procs covered and still bring 3-4 Ukonvasara WARs, which leads to disgustingly fast kills on even the sturdiest Voidwatch NMs.
