View Full Version : UCS - 5001; Server busy

When a friend of mine tries to get into his POL account, he gets a message that he has unpaid charges on the account of 0.00$. When he tries to pay the charges so that he can merge it to his Square enix account he gets a error "UCS - 5001. The server is busy. Please try again later".

He's posted on the forums here twice only to be dismissed, made over 130 calls into the support centre, escalated over 50 times, and the only information he gets is that it's been sent over to Japan to be looked into. This issue has been happening since may which would mean that it's been "under investigation" for 8 months now which i find hard to believe.

Despite all of these issues, no matter who he contacts he gets either pushed over to someone else, or disregarded completely. I am posting here in hopes that one of the devs could see about having this issue looked into.

While we are sorry for whatever problems your friend may be experiencing, this is not the proper resource to try to get them resolved. This forum is for the discussion of technical issues with FINAL FANTASY XI itself. Since your friend is having problems with billing, he will need to resolve those problems through the SQUARE ENIX Support Center. As this situation did not involve any technical trouble with FINAL FANTASY XI itself, we have gone ahead and locked this thread.
