New WSs not procing in Dynamis?

I spammed Shijin Spiral today on WS (PLD, DRK, SAM, WAR, DRG) mobs in Dynamis-Xarcabard after acquiring all TEs and was unable to get any of them to proc. I am wondering if others have been able to get the new WSs to proc monsters in Dynamis.

Well they did say the new ws wouldnt be added to proc lists for future content, maybe the same is true for old content. Although I agree, it doesn't make sense to not allow it on stuff like dynamis

they do proc keep trying. I exclisively used shijin spiral whil farming forgotten steps and proc countless of times.

I think Dynamis is just based on the type (which is why you can spam the same step and get weakness) I could be wrong, So in this case any Weaponskill at all.
