[dev1034] Campaign Adjustments

I just played some campaign and my exp maxed at 9000, the same as before the update.

So, where are the promised increases as noteed in dev1034 ?

Also, campaign is in need of attention. I have over 1 million Allied Notes and nothing to spend it on! Do you know how many pairs of Sprinter's Shoes that is?

The update seems to only apply to Campaign Ops, and not Campaign itself. I noticed I was getting quite a bit more xp than before from doing them this morning, close to 3 times as much.

[dev1034] The amount of experience and Allied Notes earned from successful Campaign operations has been increased.
