Anybody else getting an accuracy problem from Bilgestorm? Whenever I used it, it only lands about 30% of the time.

Anybody else getting an accuracy problem from Bilgestorm? Whenever I used it, it only lands about 30% of the time.I bet it was deemed "too powerful" on the test server and this was their fix.
