It is incredibly difficult to differentiate between alliance targets and other party claim targets. Can this be changed and can we also be given the option to change those colors? The yellow for unclaimed is great, but I would like to be able to change the color of the parties that have claimed other than my alliance to something like blue so I can have blue for other people, yellow for unclaimed, and red for either me or for my alliance. This should work for NPCs and PCs alike. (Maybe not for question marks and quest targets, though. You may want those to stay green.)
If the options cannot be added, I would simply like the colors above the names of targets.

??? they are already different colors? Maybe your gammas need to be tweaked a little to see the difference?

I am referring to the difference between claimed by party and claimed by alliance. However, even if they are different, I would like the option to change the colors.

Claimed by party, allaince and others are all differnt colors. A change would be nice as the difference is minimal.
Also...
This is site feed back, not game feedback.

Yeah I agree with the OP, it's too hard to tell what's claimed by my allied parties (not the party I am in) and a separate alliance. All I ever see are red (my party) and purple (any other party regardless of alliance). We need a very different color for monsters that we cannot attack.

Red, Pink, Purple.... can see them clearly on my screen for some reason....maybe it's because I've tweaked my color settings. Granted, the pink is kind of a hot pink, leaning towards purple....but it is clear enough for me to tell the difference. Might stand out more for me because I've got the blue and green reduced slightly to give things an over all warmer feel...I don't know.

Yes, that's exactly the point because it means your reds are brought out with higher contrast etc. and purple and pink are variations of red at some point in the line.
I think the OP has a wonderful idea. Nothing sucks worse than me chasing down a mob thinking it's my alliance's to see it was claimed by someone else when I actually hit attack or a spell and then feel incredibly stupid.
Or vice versa, seeing another alliance running around waiting for a "wipe to claim mob" and thinking its their's when its actually my own and they end up having a rough time because I'm twiddling thumbs waiting for them to get pop.

With the new UI updates, I hope we are given the option to update the colors for the targets.
