Middle Delkfutt's Tower, Fourth Floor, Grounds Tome located at (H-10). There's a goblin patrolling the book itself, as well as two nearby goblins within sight range.
The hallways nearby, at (G-10) or (I-10), might be a better location for this Grounds Tome.
