Blue Treasure Caskets - Ifrit's Cauldron

I have been in this zone a while and I have maximum Treasure casket prowess so the blue caskets are VERY frequent.
I haven't seen a single pet salve, dusty elixir, gambir or tonic. Have these items been removed from GoV blue caskets in this zone, all zones or is this an error?
