Can't Log in to FFXI

So I got home last night, updated my FFXI, and tried logging in.
The screen fades to black like normal, but then it just takes me back to POL. No error messages, no disconnects, nothing. It just loads POL instead of FFXI.

I can load the test server fine, though. Anyone else having this problem and/or know how to fix it?

It started happening last night, at 11:00pm EST, right after the December 14th update.
It happens every time I try to log in to Final Fantasy XI using the PlayOnline Viewer.
I play on a homebuilt PC running 64-bit Windows 7, and am currently using an nvidia 9800 GT graphics card.
My ISP is Verizon DSL.
I've never had this problem before in the seven years I've been playing FFXI.

I'm just going to cancel my sub, 'cause SE's customer service hasn't improved a goddamn bit in the past seven years.
