stuck in macros

when changing books i cant see the macro pages and i cant esc out of them

I am also having that problem. Also when I press Control and Alt keys and hold them down, macros don't show up at all. I cannot change macro books, I cannot edit macros. I can use them from memory but they don't appear, show up, and cannot be selected.
