Level cap is increasing to 99 this week but the only new things added for jobs are spells and a few upgrades to some jobs' traits it seems. What about for the non-magic jobs, will we have to wait for February/March to get 96+ Job Abilities? Testing for them is in January on the Test Server I'd imagine since SE said they were implementing a ton more job adjustments in January for 96+ than when 96+ will be released, but still. For most jobs that haven't gained new spells, all we have are the new WS, most of which are underwhelming.

This update isn't ready. There are tons of things that should have been done, fixed, and updated before this was released.

There has not been any annoucement since the last ( about SMN blood pacts, scholars and pups I think) one so I doubt there is anything new.

Yay you know, if they introduce new powerful abilities and spell, people will actually use them, and it wouldnt be balanced with all abilities. No new stuff for joo.

They did say they plan to do more smaller updates throughout now - which means they can continue to add more every months with the job abilities. I have a feeling they were brainstorming on how can they do the darndest to nerf every single things in the game, make RDM completely pointless to level, figuring out how to create more hamster wheel activities with meaningless rewards (see the cries and protest - err feedback about the new weaponskills), and pretty much many many delicious ways to kill FF11 in 2012 so people will move on and play FF14 (it's being relaunched in 2012).
