does SE still add new quests from time to time like other mmos do?

Voidwatch system is quest-based. Other than that, there's not a whole lot happening on the quest front other than the occasional random thing. Last update, only new quest that didn't involve either voidwatch, limit breaks, or NPC limit break was the one to get the stone to let you open up the doors at quicksand caves solo. There was another one added recently to redo the card collecting in Jeuno as well for the fortunetellers.
