View Full Version : I can't register my Ultimate Abysea key

So I returned to the game after a 2 year lay off. I purchased the Ultimate Abysea collection to cover the three expacs that I was missing when I quit. The problem I'm having is I can't register the key. When I enter the key and click next, I receive the following message:

"You cannot add expanded services because either the maximum number of service accounts have been added/registered or there are no service accounts to which the expanded services can be added/registered. "

I'm really confused here. I had all expac's up to Abysea, same with my wife. We were able to just put in the key for her download and it started up sweet as. I try the same thing and it's a no go.
