This issue was fixed in November. Yet, in December I was charged a Foreign Transaction Fee.

so obviously, it isn't fixed.

need to conactt SE directly about the problem, as it is a billing issue. You might have to get involved with C&B support as well, but contact SE first. You can try the support portal at the POL site if you don't want to sit on hold with phone support.

RAIST is correct. This forum is for the discussion of technical issues with FINAL FANTASY XI itself, and not for problems with the billing through the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System.
