Character Reactivation Service is back?

In this thread, someone just recently reactivated their character and a mod responded as if the service is currently back up.

Is there a new way to do this? I went to the playonline website way and it still says the site is under maintenance still.

As you know, this service has been gone since march with no word on development since August. I personally want this service back so if it's back i'll be pretty dang excited.

If you read through what I provided to Pohetha, it was all information available right now on the Character Reactivation Service, regardless as to whether or not it is currently available. At no point in time did I confirm that the Character Reactivation Service was available. Unfortunately, it is still undergoing maintenance, and we have no further information available on it at this time.
