Bismarck Vnm abyssite not upgrading

Any1 else having issue with abyssite not upgrading? im 15 pops into Koios and no change, also a friend farmed T1's in Vunker for 2 hrs and no change to a T2. Iknow bad luck happens sometimes, but with increased chance of upgrade being added recently, this seems a bit extreme.

I just did, not kidding, 30 T2 pops last week. I was finishing some +1s. No upgrade. Went and killed Koios once after I was 100/100 and it upgreaded. I think they said they are changing the rates in teh next update.
