Just pointing it out to SE, where with a lot of AF2+2 the situation stat based on day/weather/time gets added fulltime (see Koga Tekko, Summoner's Horn/Doublet), the effect on Sorcerer's Tonban actually gets downgraded. Yes, the +2 legs beat Goetia Legs +2 outside Abyssea, but the perfectionist BLM will still seek to get a pair of NQ/+1 Sorcerer's Legs since the +5% damage on those will beat the +2 on the correct day.
