Ballista Revamp

Here i posted my thoughts on how and why SE should take a serious look at the current condition of ballista and what they could possible do breath life into it.

Oh hell yes. But I would love to see this done in a manner that would make it both worthwhile, fun and more expansive. I don't think I've seen an active Ballista on Asura since 2005.
