Just a correction on this, the WS can't crit unless it has a forced crit via JA or is mentioned in the WS description from what I recall. I would suspect you gained full hits+da or ta proc. After several hours of testing on my rdm with this WS it tends to go that high with ~15% tp return, norm being ~13%. ~ is based on tp gain of weapons used and may differ person to person within a .04~.08% meaning low can fluctuate from 12-14% and high 14-16%. On your vid I saw that your average tp return with no procs was roughly 12~13%.
