View Full Version : Crysta not showing up in my account.
I bought Crysta to pay for FFXI used Ultimate Pay entered my credit card info, name address whatever. However my crysta balance didn't go up. I checked and they did charge my card so can someone tell me whats going on.
Does anyone know how I contact SE about this? This is pretty aggravating to have my card charged and not get what I paid for. Payments are not even handled by SE anymore so what do I even do. My account expires tomorrow so would of been nice to play but looks like won't be able to unless can get in contact with them.

Yes it did I checked my credit card activity online and they did charge my account.

Click the crysta "balance" or "passport" or whatever it was. It never shows up on your acount when you purchase it, you have to make it show up.

Yea the Crysta log book? Crysta Passbook? idk one of those towards the bottom left corner click it and bam page refreshes and Crysta amount is reflected at the top of the page.

It can take some time. Once crysta showed after like 5-6hrs. Just be patience ^^
