Another Tale of a Returning Player

Hello All,

I must say that I have not played this game in almost 2 years, and tried FFXIV, but was very disappointed. I always wanted to play again, and my fiancee finally allowed me to get back into it. I'd like to take some time and say hello to the FFXI community once again, and say that I missed it!

Originally I was on the Diabolos server, and was capped with 6 jobs at 75, but I know that no longer applies because it seems the level cap has been raised. It seems that I've been moved onto the Siren server, so we'll see what it looks like when I finally finish all the updating once again! By the way, does anyone happen to know which is the most populated server anymore, or which is one of the better? I may be able to talk myself into a world transfer.. haha :)

Well enough of my rambling and hopefully I'll see some of you within the game!

Welcome back to the game!

I couldn't tell you which server is the most populated at the moment because they all seem pretty close after the world merge. Since everyone from Diabolos was moved to Siren you might be lucky enough to find old friends still playing!

If not, and you do wish to make a server transfer my LS on Ragnarok is currently taking members.

ffxiah.com can give you the stats on which server has the most 'active' players (mules are included in this tho) but finding a good one is still tricky. even some highly populated servers force you to play mostly solo since players are so overpowered ls are starting to loose their luster. I have been trying to find a good one to jump too since I made the jump to asura about 2 yrs ago and have not been impressed so im torn as well since i dont wanna be on another lousy server. but mostly I play ffxiv now so im in no rush (yes its gotten better, and gets even moreso with each update, give it another chance)
