New mule creation

How do you create a new mule? I tried last nite and kept getting the cancel Playonline option only. I'm still on the direct debit payment plan. I don't want to change my payment choice till they come out with the new options. I do have the security one time number key generator and a se account, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Simple answer is: You can't.

If you do not wish to transfer to the new SE account billing system, you have NO access to make changes to your account. No changes to content IDs, no changes to the credit card (even if it's expiring), nothing (except a complete cancellation of the entire POL account).

You will be able to continue on the old system with no changes until they get the final billing option changes in place. After the last change to the billing options is in place, you must transfer to the new system, or your account will be cancelled.

If you really want to make a new mule, you must transfer to the new system first, then create a new Option (Content ID) from the Square-Enix Account Management system pages. It can not be done with the Playonline Viewer.
