Cant access wings of goddess or w/e the name

Hello, I recently bought Final Fantasy XI after having been gone for 3 years or so. I already have 3 extentions registered to this account. However, the ultimate collection abyssea edition I bought was suppose to include wings of the goddess (I think is what it's called) and I am not showing that extension as available. How do I enable it or activate it?

1. Install the Ultimate collection (so your client has the files to access the WotG areas)
2. Log in to the Square Enix account website
3. Navigate to the FFXI services.
4. Enter the code that came with the ultimate collection.
