Going from 14-day trial to Full game, what's the exact process of doing so?

Bought the 9.99 package, have the chocobo hat code and all. My trial hasn't run out yet, but what is the process to go from trial to access the full game content.

Because I'm already playing the trial, it means I've already downloaded XI. Even though I don't have access to any of the expansions, I still get prompts for quests that relate to expansions. Does this mean that the Free Trial actually downloaded FFXI+all expansions but is restricting it, or do I have to download the whole game from the 9.99 deal?

The free trial is not the complete game and when you download again you will have more content as well as its updates,

I know this cos thats what happened when I did it.

When you buy the full version you will get a code to put in on your square enix account, you will also get a code for the Destrier Beret and can add that as well (it is VERY useful).
