Adventurers level 75 and above who possess an Adventurer's Certificate may initiate the mission by talking to the NPC Owain in Tavnazia Safehold.
*The Chains of Promathia expansion is required to perform operations in this jurisdiction.
New atmacite, abyssite and periapts will be added.
