Anyone else notice that +att stats work in offhand on test server? Could this be a fluke or did SE finally decide that having +att/acc stats in offhand wasn't overpowered? Could there be more or just the visible stats :o

I thought the +Attack always worked offhand but the WS and 3x damage procs were mainhand only?

No, +att hasn't worked in offhand ever. Been using mandau offhand on rdm since I got almace and it has always been just dmg/delay until this recent update to test server.

Additional effects (poison) and hidden effects don't appear to work in offhand. So far only appears to be the +att/acc stats of the weapon.
10 DC mobs in a row using mandau in offhand I did not see any OTD procs nor did poison additional effect trigger.
